A delightful family breakfast surprise

Waking up to a varied breakfast was a treat! The kids loved the pancakes, and our room was spacious, perfect for family bonding. The pool was a fantastic escape after a long day.

However, Sunday’s breakfast lacked healthier hot options, making it tricky for those on low-carb diets. A few more classic choices would have been appreciated.

A few improvements would enhance the experience!!! The indoor pool area could see better maintenance to avoid cleanliness issues and the gym equipment is lacking!!! It's frustrating when hallways feel excessively hot!!! More dining options beyond breakfast would be nice!!!

Pleasant breakfast experience

We loved visiting Lynfred Winery and Pirates Cove Theme Park. The location was great, close to fun spots. The hot breakfast offered plenty of options, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Just a heads up, there were a few cosmetic fixes needed in the room, but it didn’t take away from our experience.

However, I did notice the hot water was out part of one day, which was a bit inconvenient. They did have signs about it, but it was still disappointing.

This hotel suits me perfectly! With great internet access, a fitness centre, and a fantastic indoor pool, it has everything I need. I still remember the staff helping me with a phone charger on my first stay. Don't forget to enjoy the free breakfast!

The Hampton Inn & Suites Addison impressed me with its modern decor and well-maintained common areas. The spacious elevators and easy access to amenities made it very convenient for someone my age to navigate comfortably.

Improve staff availability during late hours, please.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay with plenty of room in the spacious queen studio, and we loved the clean, not-too-crowded pool that the kids enjoyed! The breakfast was a definite hit with everyone, even if we wished for some classic options like regular eggs on Sunday morning. My king room felt spacious and the shower had excellent water pressure, so I enjoyed refreshing showers each day. Breakfast featured a nice variety including gluten-free options, which was a pleasant surprise. I particularly liked the freshly baked muffins available each morning. However, I did encounter an issue when I noticed the indoor pool area was a bit dirty, and the temperature could have been better regulated. Getting fresh towels was also a challenge. I had to seek out housekeeping a couple of times. Overall, a solid stay with minor inconveniences that could surely be improved upon.
